Junior Consultant (all genders)
Your mission
- You will support your mentor’s projects by contributing independently and gradually growing into the role of leading consulting assignments for small and medium-sized clients across various industries.
- Acting as the internal coordination point for these customer projects, you will serve as the interface between clients and our software development team.
- You will train customers in using our iManSys software and conduct webinars and workshops.
- You will actively contribute to shaping the approach and content of our consulting processes.
- You will advise clients and provide product support, while passing on their feedback to our internal departments to gain valuable insights.
- You will assist specialist departments by creating expert content and sales-supporting materials.
Your profile
- You have a background in business or economics – through academic studies or relevant practical experience.
- A high level of social competence, persuasiveness, and strong communication skills set you apart.
- Strategic thinking and team spirit come naturally to you; initial experience in customer interaction is a plus.
- You speak and write fluent German and English – additional languages are always welcome.
- Ideally, you have some experience in project and process management.
- Knowledge in occupational safety and compliance is a valuable asset.
