At domeba, everyone contributes to success! As a rapidly growing company, we are divided into software development, marketing, sales, consulting, support, and administration teams. Our strengths lie in our diversity as well as in cross-team collaboration. Here, you can get insight into the different departments.
Management
The domeba culture originates here – with its transparent and respectful approach, management sets concrete goals for the teams so that we can work together towards success. With an open ear, management is ready to address criticism in a constructive and solution-oriented manner. This is an attitude that is carried throughout the entire team.


Corporate Communications
The Corporate Communications department works closely with management and is the interface between management and staff. The corporate communications employees take care of all background processes and thus create the basis for the functioning of domeba.
Business Development
As an internationally active company, the main focus of Business Development is on the relationships with our current four international partners. To continue to develop, our team develops strategic measures for internationalization. To achieve this, we work across departments with sales, marketing, and consulting.


Software Development
Software Development is the heart of domeba. The core product is the compliance management software domeba. Thanks to Scrum, development is agile, flexible and goal-oriented. This allows us to respond to all market needs and customer requirements – while remaining innovative and forward-looking.
Product Management & Quality
What wishes and needs do our customers have for our software solutions? The Product Management & Quality team deals intensively with these and many other questions so that our developers always develop in a customer-oriented manner. Thanks to their diverse, thorough tests, the team continuously ensures the quality of our products.


Marketing
The Marketing team is responsible for marketing our software solutions. Organising trade fair visits, designing marketing automation processes with target group-specific content, and implementing social media campaigns – our creative marketers know what they are doing.
Sales
Our Sales department is responsible for acquiring new customers by contacting qualified marketing leads and providing further advice. In direct contact with the customer, the need is first determined, and the appropriate contract model is drawn up. Whether by phone, online, or on-site, communication and project experts work in our sales department.


PreSales & Content
We domebians work hand in hand. The PreSales & Content department supports our Sales team with a wealth of specialist knowledge and technical know-how and serves as a link to software development. However, our customers are also looked after: By creating manuals and instructions for our software solutions, the team ensures user acceptance.
Consulting
If a customer has decided on our software solution, iManSys, our consulting team will support them during the introduction of the various software worlds in the company. Our consultants know every corner of the software and actively help the customer. Strategic project management for continuous internal and external exchange is essential here.


Support
Our Support team finds customer-specific solutions for all technical questions related to our software. The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction and increasing our service quality, not least by providing multimedia technical instructions.
Human Resources
In the Human Resources department, we are constantly looking for new domebians. The well-being of the workforce and support in the company’s strategic direction are the main focus here. We know the teams inside and out, and we take care of all their concerns and needs.


Legal & Administration
Our Legal department examines the legal framework for all challenges in everyday work. All the company’s figures are also processed with the utmost precision and conscientiousness. Our Administration takes care of the smooth running of everyday office life.
IT
Computers are an indispensable part of our workplaces – that’s why our IT team provides all employees with the latest hardware and software and ensures that digital working runs smoothly. Our data is also always in safe hands because our IT experts are particularly diligent about protecting it.

We also support the FLOOR FIGHTERS Chemnitz – the professionals in one of the fastest indoor sports in the world, floorball. With tickets for the home games, we can also arrange to meet up to cheer them on.
