Senior Consultant (all genders)

• You will be responsible for managing and implementing complex consulting projects – from the initial analysis through to conception and successful implementation.
• You train customers in the use of our iManSys software, conduct webinars and workshops and present tailor-made solutions for individual requirements.
• You monitor the entire project process: you always keep an eye on schedules, budgets and resources, you identify risks early on and initiate countermeasures.
• You prepare project reports for management and the client to ensure transparency and the building of trust.
• With your experience, you contribute ideas, optimize project processes and support the further development of our consulting approaches and products.
• You are a sparring partner for your team and actively contribute to knowledge transfer and team leadership.

• You have several years of experience in project management, ideally in the IT or software environment, and have already successfully managed demanding projects.
• A PRINCE2 certification or a similar project management qualification is a plus – if you do not have one yet, we will be happy to support you with the certification.
• You impress with your strong communication skills, social competence and persuasiveness. You are good at dealing with customers and you work confidently at all levels of the hierarchy, including the C-level.
• Your way of working is characterized by strategic thinking, goal orientation and the ability to set priorities effectively.
• You are fluent in German and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
