Senior Account Executive (all genders)
Your mission
- You take full ownership of strategically expanding and developing key account relationships – from first contact to long-term partnership.
- With a strong sense for structures, decision-making paths, and political dynamics, you confidently navigate complex organizations and position our solution as a business-critical tool.
- You identify latent needs, develop tailored entry strategies for large enterprises, and convincingly present clear value propositions to stakeholders at various levels.
- As a sparring partner on equal footing, you engage confidently in C-level conversations and manage the entire sales process – from needs analysis to implementation.
- At industry events, trade fairs, and in digital networks, you actively represent domeba, build relationships, and open doors to potential key accounts.
- In collaboration with PreSales and Consulting, you create custom-fit solutions tailored to your clients’ specific challenges.
- You operate in a data- and performance-driven manner, monitor KPIs, maintain your sales pipeline, and proactively incorporate client feedback into our product development.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales of complex products or software solutions – ideally in a SaaS context.
- Complex organizations are your playing field: You know how to address buying centers and communicate strategic value effectively.
- You don’t see yourself as a typical salesperson but rather as a trusted advisor who brings foresight, relevance, and substance to the table.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, and confident presence at the C-level are among your key strengths.
- You work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented – with high standards for yourself and your team.
- You have excellent German and English skills – additional languages are a plus.
- Remote work is possible, but regular on-site presence in Chemnitz (especially during onboarding) is important to maintain our strong team spirit.
