Managing Director / Chief Revenue Officer (all genders)
Your mission
- You will develop and be responsible for a holistic, international growth strategy – from lead generation and sales to long-term customer loyalty.
- Your focus is on scalable and sustainable revenue growth: You will drive the strategic and operational development of our go-to-market strategy and continuously optimize processes and structures.
- You will ensure that marketing, sales, pre-sales, consulting, and support are efficiently integrated to ensure maximum market penetration and an outstanding customer experience.
- You will analyze market potential, competitive situations, and customer needs and develop data-driven strategies for even more targeted scaling.
- Together with the teams, you will ensure a seamless customer journey – from the first interaction to the successful implementation and long-term use of our software.
- You will implement and manage KPI-based performance management, which effectively measures our growth and enables data-based decision-making.
- As a bridge builder between the departments and our international subsidiaries and sales partners, you will be responsible for both the strategic management of existing collaborations and the identification and implementation of new partnerships.
- With innovative pricing and business models, you will open up new markets and maximize our growth potential.
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in managing revenue-relevant areas – ideally in a SaaS or software environment.
- You have a 360° growth mindset and understand the interplay between marketing, sales, consulting, and customer success in a scaling company.
- Your strategic and analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions and develop sustainable growth strategies.
- You are a strong communicator and leader who can inspire, motivate, and persuade both internally and externally.
- You understand how to optimize processes and structures to ensure sustainable growth and exploit scaling potential.
- You have experience with go-to-market strategies in international markets and are familiar with the challenges of a fast-growing company.
- You are fluent in German and English – additional foreign languages are a plus.
