Your mission

Do you want to help shape the Swiss market, are close to our customers, understand software processes, and enjoy supporting people in the digitalization of their working world?
Then join us in shaping the future of domeba Schweiz GmbH – as a project manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Switzerland. You will not only support existing customers but also support new customers – from initial contact to the successful implementation of our iManSys software solution. You will work closely with the team at our headquarters in Germany and contribute your expertise.

The position is available for 20-30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:
  • You will independently carry out consulting and service projects for our customers in Switzerland – from requirements analysis and conception to successful implementation and further development.
  • You will train users in the use of our iManSys software and show them how to utilize its full potential in their everyday lives.
  • You will support existing customers, answer technical questions, identify development potential, and implement it in a targeted manner.
  • You will coordinate internal processes and act as the central interface between customers, sales, and software development at headquarters.
  • You will accompany product launches, assist with system testing, and actively contribute your expertise to webinars, presentations, and workshops.
  • You will participate in the further development of our consulting processes and work creatively on new training and sales content.

Your profile

  • You have several years of professional experience in project or process management, ideally in a consulting-related environment.
  • You demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills, a structured mindset, and strong communication skills.
  • You work independently, think strategically, and proactively contribute to team processes.
  • You have a C1 level of German and good English skills (at least B2); French or Italian are an added advantage.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally within Switzerland (approximately 10–20%).
  • Ideally, you have specialist knowledge in areas such as occupational safety, health protection, sustainability, quality, or compliance.
