Internal Sales Associate (all genders)
Your mission
- Processing customer inquiries and creating tailored offers are part of your daily routine.
- You maintain and keep customer data up to date in the CRM system – so we always maintain an overview.
- You coordinate orders, liaise with colleagues from Marketing, Consulting, and Finance, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitoring orders and optimizing internal sales processes are also your responsibilities.
- You ensure the reliable preparation of reports and KPIs – a valuable basis for management meetings and sales decisions.
- You provide reliable support in the background with billing-related issues relating to partner management and finance.
Your profile
- A completed commercial apprenticeship forms the basis – ideally complemented by experience in sales, customer service, or internal sales.
- Confident use of CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- You possess a structured approach to work, organizational skills, and a good sense of priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach are a given for you – both in direct customer contact and within a team.
- You bring flexibility, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset, as well as enjoyment of collaborating across departments.
- Very good German skills (C2 level) and good English skills (C1 level) round out your profile – additional languages (especially French or Polish) are an advantage.
