Event Marketing Manager (all genders)
Your mission
- You plan, organize, and implement national and international trade fair appearances—with a focus on leading trade fairs such as A+A Düsseldorf and larger customer events.
- On site at headquarters, you take on organizational management and ensure that our events and trade fairs run smoothly.
- As the central point of contact, you will coordinate internal stakeholders, international country representatives (PL, CH, FR, US), and external partners such as agencies, trade fair constructors, hotels, and service providers.
- In addition, you will design digital event formats such as webinars, accompany stand-alone mailings, and assist in the creation of presentations and content.
- You will be responsible for budget planning and control for all event activities and ensure that the brand message and corporate identity are always implemented consistently.
- You will measure success using relevant key figures, analyze reach, leads, and ROI, and derive optimization potential.
- Together with the team, you will develop new ideas and formats to continuously refine our event strategy.
Your profile
- A degree in event management, marketing, or communications—or comparable training—forms the basis.
- You have several years of experience in event management, ideally in the B2B environment and at international trade fairs.
- You are a talented organizer with a hands-on mentality, a structured approach to work, and a passion for live communication.
- You have experience working with agencies, trade fair constructors, and service providers, as well as confidence using MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) or common event or webinar tools is a plus.
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a passion for intercultural collaboration.
- You are fluent in German and English (min. C1 level) – any additional languages (e.g. Polish, French) are welcome.
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for events round off your profile.
