Our implementation approach is based on the agile PRINCE2 project methodology (Projects in Controlled Environments), a globally leading project management framework for projects of all sizes and complexities. Furthermore, domeba has over 27 years of experience in implementing domeba software at our customers’ companies.
Since we know that the scope of a project is not always entirely clear, especially at the beginning, the implementation and configuration phase at domeba follows agile methods and mindsets.
To ensure you know exactly how we will support you, we have summarized the entire process for you:
1. Analysis phase
- Together with you, we analyze existing structures and current processes in order to integrate them into the domeba software.
- We design suitable solutions for all requirements and define tasks and responsibilities.
- From the very beginning, we provide you with a test environment for professional software deployment.
2. Implementation phase
- Based on the available data, we will implement the system interfaces according to the specifications.
- Together with you, we will conduct an acceptance test.
3. Evaluation phase
- At domeba, we follow a train-the-trainer approach in our training courses.
- This allows system administrators to learn about the functionalities and become familiar with the domeba software.
- Based on your feedback, we discuss potential optimizations with you and identify areas for future development.
4. Roll-out phase
- In the hypercare phase, we begin the software implementation with a pilot group.
