Your mission
- As the central point of contact, you will guide our customers through complex implementation, rollout, and optimization projects, ensuring the smooth execution of our software solution.
- You will analyze technical requirements and translate them into practical concepts to develop customer-centric solutions.
- You will prepare and conduct webinars, training sessions, and workshops in a structured manner, empowering our customers to confidently use our domeba software solution – both on-site and online.
- Your feedback from customer projects will directly inform our product development, allowing you to actively shape our software.
- You will monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure transparent communication with customers and internal teams.
- You have a knack for clear documentation and organization: You will record results, assist with invoicing, and ensure the sustainable evaluation of projects.
- With your eye for optimization, you will contribute ideas on how we can further develop our consulting methodology, processes, and product.
Your profile
- You have at least 3–5 years of experience in customer consulting, project management, or software implementations – ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- You are characterized by structure, self-organization, and initiative. You keep projects on track while also thinking ahead.
- You are comfortable conducting workshops, customer training sessions, and moderating meetings – you communicate clearly and effectively.
- You can explain complex topics well and present them in a way that is understandable for different target groups.
- You are solution-oriented, a team player, and enjoy working with clients from various industries.
- Excellent German and English skills are second nature to you; knowledge of another language is a plus.
